January 1st, 2023  – Fans, Patrons and Sponsors WELCOME to 2023! We are excited to announce our official 2023 TBL (The Basketball League) season schedule as we look to bring another title home to Augusta. This year’s schedule features a total of 25 games, including 12 home games at the Heal Complex and 13 games on the road (which will be televised on TBLTV).

To Recap our 2021-2022 Season with the ABA (American Basketball Association), we finished the season with a record of 17-2. In the postseason we captured the South East Region Division Championship Title. Our chase for the National Title was cut short as well fell to the Jacksonville Giants, the 7 Time National ABA Champions. We left home battered, bruised, and missing 3 key players; and returned Divisional Champions. It is a testament of the hard work, dedication, and fortitude your hometown superstars gave this city.

In 2010, Lebron said “we are taking our talents to South Beach” and in 2023 Your Georgia Soul will follow suit and be taking their talents to the TBL! The TBL poses a significant challenge for your hometown superstars with tougher competition, a more challenging schedule, significantly more exposure, a higher level of coaching, and game day execution and professionalism that is found at the NBA level. So here’s the big question; Will we win and be successful in the TBL? No, we will not only win, WE WILL DOMINATE! We have spent the entire summer preparing to level up in every way. We will provide an atmosphere unlike any other, the energy will blow the roof off the building. If it’s WAR they want, it’s WAR we will give them! Our line up has deep levels of talent, and our focus is to provide the 12 best players to lace up and dominate every time we step on the floor.

Our Weekend Opener is against the Central Florida Force on March 4th and the Gulf Coast Lions on March 5th. We are looking to make a statement and let everyone know, the Georgia Soul has arrived! We will we bring the heat for our opponents and high level entertainment for our fans so we need you to pack the house and bring the energy. Don’t miss this Weekend Opener.
